Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with every order from ICSWP. This policy explains when you can return a product, get a replacement or get a refund.

Return window

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

• the product is damaged or defective when you receive it,
• you received a wrong product, size or colour, or
• the product is missing parts or accessories.

Please record a short unboxing video when you open the parcel. It helps us resolve damage or missing-item claims quickly.

How to request a return

1. Go to our Contact page and send us a message within 7 days of delivery.
2. Write your order number, the issue, and attach or mention photos or the unboxing video.
3. Our team will review your request and reply with the next steps, usually within 1-2 working days.

Conditions for returns

• The product should be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
• Products that are used, washed, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging cannot be returned.
• Hygiene-related products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Replacement and refund

• Replacement: if your request is approved, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost to you, subject to stock availability.
• Refund: if a replacement is not possible, we will refund the amount you paid to your bank account or UPI ID. Since orders are Cash on Delivery, we will ask you for your bank or UPI details.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and check the returned product.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us through the Contact page. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery, or return it as described above.

Shipping charges on returns

If the return is because of our mistake (damaged, defective or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
